On Thursday 27th March, more than 15 members of staff from ARVAL visited Trafford Ecology Park for a Nature Away Day.
The volunteers focused on revitalizing the orchard behind The Meeting Place, clearing scrub and overgrowth around fruit trees, making the orchard more accessible and creating conditions which promote healthier growth, ensuring a successful harvest in the autumn.
