If you’re a first-time client looking for a Meeting in paradise, look no further. Surrounded by the beauty of Trafford Ecology Park, The Meeting Place is a sustainable building available for businesses to hire for meetings, training or events.
The main meeting space fits between 12-20 people with a welcome area, kitchenette and two bathrooms within the building too.
The building is fully accessible with disabled ramp and toilets.

As expected, free Wi-Fi, audio-visual equipment and flip charts are all included in the room hire charge.
Fair trade tea and coffee is available in the meeting venue plus catering can be arranged from local suppliers upon request (or you can arrange your own if you prefer).

Pricing
Without Discount:
Full day hire – £295 + VAT
Half day hire – £195 + VAT
With Discount:
Full day hire – £147.50 + VAT
Half day hire – £97.50 + VAT
If the space is required outside of 8am – 5pm there will be an additional charge of £20 per hour.
As stated above, tea & coffee is included in the meeting room hire price, with lunch available at an extra cost.
We strive to use ethical and local companies for our catering, including companies like Open Kitchen, due to their commitment to producing food in the most sustainable and ethical way possible.
Terms and Conditions
The 50% off discount only applies for First Time Meeting Place clients.
For the discount to be applied The Meeting Place must be booked between (01/08/2022) and (31/09/2022) but the booking itself can be for a date up to 12 months after the booking period.
Please note that a maximum of one First Time Discount is redeemable per business. (Multiple people from the same organisation may not apply for multiple First Time Discounts).
The First Time Discount cannot be combined with other offers.
Discount is only available when booking directly with Groundwork and cannot be applied via third party bookings.
